Sorry, but no.
Your fellow loser, Loser-1, has admitted that Trump has been "found
guilty" (his words) of 34 felonies.
"Convicted" MEANS "found guilty" and "felon" means "one who has been
found guilty of one or more felonies".
So "convicted felon" is completely accurate, and has been since the
moment the jury's verdict was announced and the judge denied the
defense's motion to set it aside.
