Wandering around glassy eyed, confused, shaking hands with invisible people, not knowing the name
of Secretary of Homeland Security is when he is standing right next to you,
mixing up the president of Ukraine with Vladimir Putin, confusing NATO with Ukraine, mistaking
Mexico for Egypt, confusing Macon with Mitterand who has been dead since 1997, forgetting the name
of Hamas, mixing up the Iraq war with the ongoing war in Ukraine, confusing the All Blacks with the
Black and Tans in Ireland, falling asleep at the COP26 in November 2021 ARE NOT EXAMPLES OF A
stuttering SPEECH IMPEDIMENT.
And that just scratches the surface of a man in the latter stages of some type of cognitive failure.
If Joe Biden simply suffers from a speech impediment, why not release the audio tapes from the Hur
investigation?
