Further to our correspondences made to the MEDICAL CENTRE dated 27 MAY 2024
and 20 JUNE 2024, now with respects to our considerations as expectation of
there being no reply as CONTEMPT by the GENERAL PRACTICE as any lack of
accountability for their blatant WRONG-DOING and before directing the
matter as INSTRUCTIONS to LEGAL COUNSEL (JEWISH HERITAGE) for the pursuing
a legal recourse for DERANGEMENT / DISCRIMINATION IN THE PROVISION OF GOODS
AND SERVICES due to RACIAL SLANDER consequential to an ANZAC HERITAGE
(IRISH CATHOLIC REPUBLICANISM) JINGOIST CAUSE ("HIJACKING THE WORLD WAR ONE
CENTENNIAL / EVASION OF PARADIGM EQUIVALENCE TO GERMAN NAZISM") OF SEDITION
occasioning a determined breach of any former OATH of duty to either the
sovereign, COMMONWEALTH or its peoples.

In accordance with matters of concern discussed with my MEDICAL SPECIALIST
ON 9 JANUARY 2024 / 3 MAY 2024 over the objectiveness and non-prejudiced
viability of local GENERAL PRACTICES, we note that the  MEDICAL CENTRE has
the temerity to convey as belligerent, that we ought need to reasonably
protect ourselves (ie. by making a choice of an empathetic Doctor) from the
possibility of unprofessional doctors who might (ie. we used this specific
example) if named MUHAMMAD with respect to the PALESTINE question
(remembering that it's university precincts involving intelligent people

To repeat our statement made of 27 MAY 2024, that our view is "The
subsequent demand as REFUSAL OF SERVICES is clearly a determined action
which might be adversely viewed as an abrogation of any intention towards
there being a MEANINGFUL PATIENT FOCUS (ie. the costly TCAs and GP
MANAGEMENT PLANS are so superficial as to be insubstantial) in any manner
whatsoever which could only effectively be established by a commitment
towards the PATHOLOGY course of signatory action as undertaking from
[ANOTHER] DOCTOR.  By that I mean, the determined COMMISSION OF ACTION
involving "ON THE DAY [22 APRIL 2024], WE EVADED YOU SEEING [YOUR
VIETNAMESE DOCTOR]" was not ever a PATIENT FOCUS action, which was also
subject to a WILFUL OMISSION such as the example of incoherent and
immaterial PATIENT GOALS: "IN LIFE 20 YEAR METAPHYSICS" conveys a clear
disposition of both a self entitled mindset upon the day as being
unequivocally PREJUDICED.  Whereupon the adverse disposition about alleged
"DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR" is a contempt for the qualified scenario
conveyed of some months prior involving "CHEMIST STAFF BEING OF PERHAPS
CHINESE HERITAGE REMARKING, THAT I WAS THE MOST POLITE CUSTOMER WHICH THEY

The point we make at this juncture, is that the COMMISSION / WILFUL
OMISSION OF ACTION were so stridently fixated upon a PREJUDICED
characterisation of "DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR", that there was known to be
a high probability [ie. whether INTENTIONALLY or UNINTENTIONALLY, your
VIETNAMESE DOCTOR had subjected me to a maleficence by an improper
prescription x 3 action where the second item prescribed was unusually
provided with no repeats. Such an issue of prescription process derangement
has never occurred in my adult life as over 45 years and for a medication
which is otherwise so routine] for an outcome to DISCUSSION BY PRACTICE
PARTNERS involving REFUSAL OF SERVICE which was facilitated by any means
possible. Such that the TEAM CARE ARRANGEMENTS (TCAs) and GP MANAGEMENT
PLANS are not resolutely directed towards PATIENT FOCUSED CARE AS AUXILIARY
TO SPECIALIST DOCTOR NECESSITY but rather only PRO FORMA statements which
were prepared in advance of an INTENTIONED REFUSAL OF SERVICE action. The
superficial and insubstantial nature of TCAs and GP MANAGEMENT PLANS raises
questions of wilfully OBSTRUCTING PATIENT CARE as to whether some OTHER
LOCAL MEDICAL PRACTICE might have undertaken that process with a greater
integrity as fruitful outcomes.  Such question also raises viable concerns
about the organisational ethos defrauding MEDICARE.

It is our intention on that basis to seek a legal recourse following a
determined action of REFUSAL OF SERVICE being predicated by a RACIAL
SLANDER consequential to a disposition of ANZAC HERITAGE (IRISH CATHOLIC
REPUBLICANISM) JINGOIST CAUSE ("HIJACKING THE WORLD WAR ONE CENTENNIAL /
EVASION OF PARADIGM EQUIVALENCE TO GERMAN NAZISM") as prejudice which is
the innate persona exhibited by the DIABETES EDUCATOR upon 22 ΑPRIL 2024.
