And the state has now changed that legal definition to include what Trump did.
Putin's calls for a cease fire failed when Ukraine invaded Russia.
Now he's stuck having to fight or will have to negotiate a ceasefire with the
understanding that Ukraine now controls Russian territory.
India and China are enjoying cheap, Russian oil, but if either decides enough is
enough, Putin will be forced to end the war.
Worse for him, unrest is building demostically from oligarchs losing fortunes
due to sanctions and simple economics even as the war goes badly for Moscow.
