"The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance

Avenue West and Times Road area.
It is reported that:
the victim was located with gunshot wounds

Seems likely that girl Stacey wouldn't be wanted for murder in
late 2024 if she'd been convicted of armed robbery in 2022 &
sent to prison.
But in Canada, alleged murderers, rapists etc. are routinely
being set free simply because the Crown takes too long to get
to trial.
This is what happened in Downey's case back in November 2022,
when a judge issued a stay of proceeding under the so-called
Jordan Rule.
The transcript of the judges decision reads like a sad joke -
even the judge himself was absent on court dates.
