IMHO the last POTUS who was sincere about religion was Jimmy Carter. In terms of being a true evengelical, if there is such a thing, I find it kind of laughable.
Now policy is another issue altogether.
So the focus should be on the candidate supporting issues Evangelicals deem important and refrain from pretending to be a Bible toting Christian.
Although after 2 failed attempts at being killed I suspect Trump might actually be reading his Bible once in a while.
