which include graphic threats of assassination and torture coupled with racist and homophobic rhetoric.

They SHOULD be put in jail. Threatening to murder SC justice(s) is NOT freedom of speech, Faggley. Wanna know how many 
people went to jail for threatening Black Jesus?

Threatening the president of the United States is a federal felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. It

who have a history of threatening the president. Threatening the president is considered a political offense. 
Immigrants who commit this crime can be deported.

The SC judges are not Presidents, and that is why Trump said they SHOULD be put in jail, because they aren't.
