'his morning, a new report from The Oklahoman demonstrated that Oklahoma
Superintendent Ryan Walters is pushing to put more Bibles in the
classroom. The report came from a story first written by nonprofit
investigative news organization Oklahoma Watch. You can read their story

The only problem, however, is that due to the requirements set forth by
the Department of Education, there are very few Bibles that work. One
such bible is Lee Greenwood's God Bless the U.S.A. Bible, which has been
endorsed by former President Donald Trump. '

'Upon review, very few Bibles, including none sold by Mardel Christian &
Education, actually meet all of those requirements. The Bible endorsed
by Donald Trump, however, does. In fact, Trump receives fees for
endorsing Greenwood's Bible. And, according to this morning's report, it
is likely that the only Bibles that would meet Oklahoma's requirements
have been endorsed by Donald Trump.

This is yet another example of a Republican Party grift. Ultimately,
Oklahoma public schools will receive thousands of bibles that have been
endorsed by Trump. In return, Trump will get a kickback for the
endorsement, putting more money in his pockets, and once again using his
position as a former President and current Presidential candidate to
make money off of everyday Americans.'
