Additionally, FEMA funds get reallocated to different buckets all the time.
It's STOP.
Jim Jordan and a former head of FEMA made mention of this several times 
yesterday.

Call your congressperson to verify.

The point as you, Skeeter, Alleycat and others have made clear is that WHY are 
illegal immigrants given so many freebies and our own citizens suffering and 
dying after a disaster are not?

And why does it take 10 days to begin mobilizing helicopters and so forth to 
reach "inaccessible areas" while private organizations are able to begin on day 
one?

Answer is the government is inept, poorly run and Biden/Kamala don't give a 
hoot about these people.

Try watching the heartbreaking videos showing people begging for help claiming 
they have not seen nor heard from FEMA.

This is why I call democrats DEMONS.
They are evil.
