A couple of quick questions:

If she's reading from a teleprompter...

...how is it she goes on speaking even after it's turned off?

And when a teleprompter is in use, the text is continuously scrolling as
the person speaks...

...so why wasn't it doing that?

The whole townhall is available on YouTube in 1080p, and while you
cannot make out the words that are on the screen, it doesn't seem to me
that they match the words that she was speaking.

Also, her eyeline. Humans are very good at reading where other humans
are looking. She is clearly being shot from the camera that has the
teleprompter attached to it, that's true, but her eyes are clearly
looking above and to the left of the camera...

...which is exactly where the person who asked the question is standing.

And there are other parts of the video where Harris is speaking, but you
absolutely CAN see what's on the teleprompter as she's speaking:

A TIMER.

Look how long she speaks to that question (2:21 from the time index),
and you can see every time the shot includes the teleprompter, it's not
showing any text.

Now be an adult and admit you were wrong.
