Anyone who has sat through court proceedings realizes how excruciatingly boring they are.
Falling asleep at a world leader summit is in a class all by itself.
Biden owns this one.
Maybe his handlers should put one of the electric shock dog collars on him so they
can zap him when he falls asleep?
