How is that relevant?
I ask you again:
How much do you think the federal workforce in the US has grown in the
last 50 years while the population has grown from 209 million to 340
million; growth of more than 60%?
Because I'll tell you:
In November of 1974, the federal workforce in the US was 2,857,000 people...
...and in October of this year it had grown to 3,007,000...
...or grown of just over 5%.
Does that really sound like there's a lot of redundant jobs: 5% more
workers supporting 60% more people?
