Currently to survive with it's budget the US military
is either gonna have to fight a war that cannot be won
or find some humanly useful *alternative* that can be
}SOLD{ to the Weirld at Large.
And given the immediacy of Climate Change, it's likely
that a Global Civil Defence will NEED Aircraft Carriers
decked out as Mobile Hospitals. And Becuz that's a market
that matters to Humans it might actually be saleable to the
American Taxpayer.
Dhu (gonna need to enlarge the Seaway and Welland, but some
of those boats might'a found real use offa Atlanta or Floridia
a little while bak)
