House Committee Reveals Evidence Of Government Censorship, Weaponization Against Trump

The House Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government has discovered shocking information on government censorship, retaliation
against FBI whistleblowers and politicization of government agencies against now-President-elect Donald Trump.

Chairman Jim Jordan's Judiciary Committee issued a 17,000-page final report on the matter on Friday where it said it uncovered a 'two-tiered system
of government-one of favorable treatment for the politically-favored class, and one of intimidation and unfairness for the rest of American
citizens."

"The probe led by Chairman Jordan uncovered several stunners, including federal government efforts to censor social media content directly and
through proxies, the weaponization of law enforcement resources against Americans, and Democrat-aligned prosecutors' efforts to use the law to target
their political opponents, namely Trump," Just The News reported.

The committee's report credited the subcommittee with bringing "abuses by the federal government into the light for the American people," but it said
more work needs to be done to fix the issues.

"The Weaponization Committee conducted rigorous oversight of the Biden-Harris administration weaponized government and uncovered numerous examples of
federal government abuses," Jordan said to Fox News.

"Through our oversight, we protected the First Amendment by investigating the censorship-industrial-complex, heard from numerous brave
whistleblowers, stopped the targeting of Americans by the IRS and Department of Justice, and created serious legislative and policy changes that will
benefit all Americans," he said.

The subcommittee also said that it found the Federal Bureau of Investigation politicized cases, went after law-abiding citizens, went against its own
protocol, and retaliated against whistleblowers.

"At least three whistleblowers came out publicly -including Marcus Allen, Garrett O'Boyle, and George Hill-alleging that they were subjected to
retaliation after raising concerns internally, and later to Congress, about the FBI's pursuit of January 6 suspects, investigation of pro-life
Americans following the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and other issues," the report from Just The News said.

"O'Boyle, for example, said that he was suspended following protected disclosures to Congress about his concerns the bureau was improperly targeting
pro-life activists in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. For years, the bureau withheld pay and left his family in
limbo after they moved to the Washington, D.C., area at the FBI's behest," it said.

One of the greatest scandals it found was that the administration of President Joe Biden worked to "coerce" massive tech companies like Meta
(Facebook), Alphabet (Google), and Amazon, to censor some content.

In November, after the presidential election, Jordan gave specific instructions to Attorney General Merrick Garland and Homeland Security Secretary
Alejandro Mayorkas to keep their records as they relate to the crisis at the border.

The Ohio Republican representative wants the records preserved before the administration leaves in January as Trump is inaugurated, Just The News
reported.

Jordan expressed concerns that the two men and their departments would eradicate the records before they left office in January.

"This letter serves as a formal request to preserve all existing and future records and materials related to the Biden-Harris Administration's
enforcement of federal immigration law," the Ohio representative said in both letters.

"You should construe this preservation notice as an instruction to take all reasonable steps to prevent the destruction or alteration, whether
intentionally or negligently, of all documents, communications, and other information ... that are or may be responsive to this congressional
inquiry," he said.

Federal law requires Cabinet members and political appointees to preserve all of their records.

The Biden administration is moving swiftly and discreetly to implement new policies aimed at easing restrictions on migrants who entered the U.S.
illegally in a last-minute effort to counter President-elect Donald Trump's planned immigration crackdowns and mass deportations, sources told the
New York Post.

New York City is set to be the focal point of these changes, the outlet added.

The outgoing administration plans to introduce an ICE Portal app in early December, specifically in New York City. The app will enable migrants to
complete check-ins with ICE remotely, eliminating the need for in-person visits to local ICE offices.

The judge hasn't entered the JUDGMENT OF GUILT yet, so no... CERTAINLY not a "convicted felon".

Rubenfeld emphasized that Trump is not yet a convicted felon because the judge has not entered a JUDGMENT OF GUILT.

See? Pansy-ass little child thinks he's smarter than a REAL lawyer.

Has the JUDGE entered a JUDGMENT OF GUILT? HAS he, Juan Merchan, approved the verdict and enter a final judgment?

Nope and nope, so no... Trump is still NOT A CONVICTED FELON. Doesn't REALLY matter though... does it? (see below)

You should simply have read this article which explains it... even in New York:

Rubenfeld emphasized that TRUMP IS NOT YET A CONVICTED FELON BECAUSE THE JUDGE HAS NOT ENTERED A JUDGMENT OF GUILT. He explained THAT IN NEW YORK,
this judgment is expected to be entered on July 11, the same day as Trump's sentencing.
