They need to end all "Carbon" taxes, credits, trading and auctions
until AT LEAST 10 years after they've banned all private/corporate
jets and yachts.

No private aviation what so ever. Limit flights; don't let them
take off until the passenger-to-fuel ratio hits a decent minimum.
If we don't the billionaires will simply book commercial flights
all for themselves.

And outdoor heaters and air conditioners need to be banned. Honestly,
if this is a "Climate Crisis" then why does Home Depot sell patio
heaters, including gas models?

After 10 years, begin rationing. The Average American uses about
2.5 gallons per day, right? Jeff Bezos needs and Elon Musk need
to receive the exact same rations. Let people save up, accumulate
rations, so they can splurge on a flight or a roadtrip. Let them
sell their used rations so the billionaires can buy them if they
want to keep their zillions homes and luxury toys.

Outlaw the advanced sale of rations. People can only sell their
unused rations and can never be compelled to give them up.

Create a central "Ration" bank for people to sell their unused
rations to.

There. We just flipped everything around:  Now the people with
all the power, all the influence and the biggest "Carbon footprints"
pay while the people with the least money, no power or influence
and the smallest "Carbon Footprint" are rewarded for not using in
excess.
