Thanks to the radical left wing libbys, California is the most regulated, highest taxed state in the US
and of course they manage to screw up everything they touch.
It's all about power and keeping the people under control so the elites can rule and do whatever they want
with no consequences.

Just wait until those who are staying to rebuild start the rebuilding process.
All of the states regulations are going to slow the process down to a crawl and are
also going to cost those rebuilding a lot of money as well as time.

Why anyone who is able to leave would want to live in that corrupt state is a mystery.
