Between 2022-2024, Los Angeles received 54 inches of rain, the highest two-year total in recorded history.
And now back to more of the stupid people screaming about how global warming is to blame for these fires.

How, EXACTLY does that prove "climate change" is causing wet OR dry conditions?
Anyways... read this again.
It took all of 30 seconds to find RAINFALL INFORMATION THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT "CLIMATE CHANGE" HAS HAD NO IMPACT ON RAINFALL...
THAT is the takeaway, moron.
... and moisture levels in the area. In fact SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (and NOT just LA) is IN THE MIDST of a wet period.
The FIRST six months, is just that. What about the LAST six months?
Look into the HISTORY OF FIRES in the region if you seek truth.

Do NOT Let Them Tell You, "California Is In A Drought".
We are NOT IN A DROUGHT.
Yes, the first half of this rainy season had been light, but our average annual rainfall for the past 9 years has been 1.2 inches ABOVE THE AVERAGE
since 1942.
I live in Paso Robles, which is 30 minutes from the coast and 3.5 hours north of LA.
The reservoirs should be FULL. If they aren't, it's mismanagement.
=====
CALIFORNIA, (and not ONLY Los Angeles), received record rainfall the past 2 years.
Oh, and California government didn't capture and store it. They let it all wash into the ocean.

Over 20 trillion gallons of water are expected to fall across California over the next 2 weeks.
That's enough water to cover a flat surface the size of California in over half a foot of water.

What did California do to put ANY of that water in reserve?
=====
Reminder for those screaming climate change.
Los Angeles' 2nd wettest 2 year period on record was last year 2024-2022

They have no reservoirs to store all that snow and rain. They are on the shore of the biggest body of water on the planet and have no water to fight
the fires. You can't make this shit up.
=====
California had the second highest back-to-back rain seasons in 2022-2024. All of that record breaking rain run off was not saved in water storage for
fire preparation and response.
It was diverted to the Pacific Ocean because of radical environmental activists.
