1. Of course utilizing a massive amount of water in this case will lower pressure and deplete supplies.
The question is, why in an area well known for brush fires, was the infrastructure not improved?
It's a little late, but maybe they can apply for Biden's "Infrastructure Bill money".

3. Again, poor planning, reallocating budgets, DEI practices and so forth made LA vulnerable.
Even the lesbo fire department heads are complaining that they did not have the budget because
of cuts.
Like most of CA, the liberals have destroyed the state.
Their policies suck and focus on the wrong things.
So today, Newsom claims he is going to pause the environmental and permit, building regulations
so that the rebuilding is not slowed down.
That should tell you that overregulation runs rampant in CA and other than generating income for
the state ends up causing delays and rising the cost of building.
Libbys love regulations.
Especially useless ones.
