Science is being defunded 

I saw a clip, last month 
Hakeem Jeffries at the podium, saying the new CR submitted by Mike Moses
Johnson and Elon is “laughable”, which means it couldn’t pass, at least as
written
They weren’t  able to pass it without some Democrat support, because the
Freedom caucus (20ish of them) said they will vote NO

Here we are a month later. Rfkjr coming in, Trump closing down science
websites and closing down science departments. And a congressional majority
delighted to go along with all of this.

There is no science to declare settled or unsettled.
