The article you claimed as fact was simply wrong.

So it does matter.

It was a temporary generator to run a couple/three extra superchargers
on Memorial Day weekend in 2015.

Because a diesel running on bio-fuel is in a closed cycle that does
increase (or decrease) CO2 in the atmosphere.

Talking about that specific situation:

'He stresses that the point is not to offer a diesel-powered EV charger
as the final solution, but as a reliable stop gap until installation of
batteries and renewable-powered EV chargers become financially viable.'

Someone did the math:

'54.4 cars * 263 miles of range = 14307 miles / 205 gallons = 69.8 mpg.'

So still better for the environment.

Yup. Bio-diesel makes it a carbon neutral situation.

Is that too difficult for you to understand?

That's the generator that was there for Memorial Day in 2015 that your
Cowboy State Daily article claims was there in 2023

Yup. That's a mobile, temporary diesel generator charging trailer.

-still more efficient that driving a gas-powered car

-carbon-neutral if run on bio-diesel.

First of all, not a video.

Second, that image has been doctored for some reason.

Third:

"However, NRMA explained the site was part of a trial of 'unique
charging solutions' for remote areas and the generator was briefly being
tested at the time of filming.

'It's a trial for what we might be using in the most regional parts of
Australia, in towns not connected to the grid, or between towns, and the
generator is a backup diesel generator they were just testing to see
that it worked,' NRMA told Drive.

'There are solar panels there and battery banks installed that the solar
panels will charge, but there is a diesel backup generator because you
don't want somebody stuck in the middle of nowhere.'"

Clearly a construction site. So what?

The exact same charger as your first link after the "===="

Yup. And?

You were still wrong in your initial post.

So? You were still wrong.

Yup. You were still wrong.

Oh, no!

EVs are occasionally charged with diesel generators.

You know it's not the norm.
