It is interesting to note that this DeepSeek is a temporal
side-effect of China's energy policy WRT BitCoins.
Xi, et al, decided that energy is too valuable (even coal)
to waste on Ponzi schemes like Bitcoin and have intentionally
suppressed Chinese Electronic AI installations as a a related
effect. So it's not just a the "shortage" of NVIDIA hardware
that needed to be optimized.
