There's been ATC staffing shortages for decades ...
... and FYI, another little dirty detail in the fine print of those
illegal buyout offers is that the position must be abolished.
Don't be surprised if we hear within the next few weeks a claim from
Elon (et al) that the FAA sucks because its grossly inefficient, so the
Government should contract the whole thing out to private industry to run.
From there, watch how in a few years, the fees charged to airlines will
skyrocket.: it will become a shit show just like Healthcare.
