Sure that's the approach that Alan mentioned, but which Skeeter tried to 
claim (incorrectly) that it couldn't happen because of HIPAA.  I showed 
Skeeter that HIPAA protections become moot upon death, so its only a 
matter of time until any such records are no longer protected by HIPAA.

Skeeter will of course make another attempt to try to change the 
subject, rather than to simply admit that he was wrong.

No, you're actually endorsing Alan:

the lack of any leaks from medical staff is worth noting because the 
Occam's Razor is that the reason why there's been no such leaks is 
because there never was any ear injury to be treated.

Thus, the two of you are making the same point that the the ear injury 
claim was fake, which supports that it was part of some sort of setup.
