We've had prebloms here in Canadia with Ukrainian war vets before:
they tend to bring their politics with them, which is a biG NONO
from Canada's POV (we ain't Kalistan, either).
So we'll want to make use of these guys "in situ", and that means
investing in Ukraine once there's an agreement with the Ruskies
to "Austrianize" the place.
So a question for our FAcrats is how to accomplish this in some
orderly and lawful manner ???
