There are probably many good things the USAID has invested in but the problem
is that there are far more leftist slush fund boondoggles that need to be investigated and
that is the real reason the liberals are going off the rails with these investigations.
America first and then if we are stable we can help out the rest of the world.
Assuming that help is used for legitimate humanitarian purposes.
