had worked in intelligence, and who had also worked as a program manager at Microsoft, listed six reasons why the IRS's claim about "losing" the 
emails must be false. Also, federal law requires the IRS to keep permanent, backup copies of all of its emails at an external location. And finally, 
the NSA has copies of all of the emails.

The Lucero family has had their livestock graze on the land in the Santa Fe National Forest for more than a century, starting first with sheep, but 
then switching to cattle in the 1920s.
