Yeah, yeah, yeah, shitbag BLM/Drag Queen/Gay/Socialist/Antifa Fascist/Marxist/Communist/Racist/ Insurrectionist/Liberal Democrats - we know what the
letters stand for. YOU don't have a fucking clue what the *concept* means. Here are some massive hints that gay Democrats and liberals and
libertarians, being mental defectives, will not get.
* it means "affirmative action"
* it means "lowering standards"
* it means "pronouns"
* it means "no merit-based hiring"
It means *nothing* that BLM/Drag Queen/Gay/Socialist/Antifa Fascist/Marxist/Communist/Racist/ Insurrectionist/Liberal Democrats (aka KKK Democrats,
who, by the way FOUNDED the Klan) take it to mean. Of course, that's not surprising, because BLM/Drag Queen/Gay/Socialist/Antifa
Fascist/Marxist/Communist/Racist/ Insurrectionist/Liberal Democrats get virtually everything wrong, such as "CRT, " "A.A.", "80, 000 IRS agents, "
etc.
For what it's worth, you categorically endorse the "E" in "DEI." It stands for "equity, " and what proggies mean by equity is equal outcomes, and NOT
equity. "Equity" will only happen, if qualifications ONLY were looked at, instead of the colour of skin. They don't mean "fairness, " which is what
equity /might/ mean. Fairness does not mean that, for example, every child in all communities should have exactly equal educational resources devoted
to them. Fairness means that two people in *exactly* the same circumstance should be treated *exactly* the same. That's all it means.
But whether a child gets treated the exact same and are allowed to have the EXACT resources, is NOT like giving people jobs because they're a certain
colour.
A school doesn't benefit directly if all children are treated exactly the same. They don't make the school extra money JUST because they have the
same resources as all other students.
An employee who is better, makes the company more money. The school analogy is a false equivalence.
The "D" and "I" in "DEI" aren't worthy goals, and companies should back away from them. Diversity for a business firm means that you should hire
Blacks JUST because they're Black and do not measure up to their White counterparts, and to ensure that anyone in the firm prospective talent pool
who meets the firm's standards has a fair chance of being hired, ONLY if they check all the "protected minority" boxes. Remember: there was a time
when people were rejected because they weren't qualified, which, in a merit-based environment, that is considered optimal.
All a company committing to the "D" is saying is that they no longer consider job applicants who are White.
The "I", inclusion, is equally important. A firm may have achieved the "D", and may have a very diverse workforce (e.g. lower standard workforce),
but if that part of the workforce who are in the majority marginalize the the minority, and for good cause, then the "D" is replaced by the "M" for
merit. The firm has done enough. They need to take steps to ensure that employees, who are not as capable or qualified for a job, are not hired,
marginalizing the best and more qualified due to the majority's better qualifications.
The fundamental concept of "DEI" is bad and worthless (as long as you keep the "DEI" part out).
A merit-based system is always better for the company.
