I never failed to acknowledge that diesel generators are sometimes used
to power EV chargers.

Acknowledged that one and pointed out it was obviously temporary.

Yup. I acknowledged that one.

That one too. Pointed out is was one individual's temporary experiment.

You're not even bright enough to realize you're posting the same one twice.

I don't believe I've seen that one, but yup. That's a diesel generator
alright!
So?

That picture has been doctored. But it does show a charger NEAR a diesel
generator.
And here's the scoop:
"However, NRMA explained the site was part of a trial of 'unique
charging solutions' for remote areas and the generator was briefly being
tested at the time of filming.
he testing was conducted as part of the 2023 World Solar Challenge -
where university students travel 3,000km across regional Australia in
self-made and solar-powered vehicles.
NRMA began its off-grid charging trial in September, with the Erldunda
site featuring two 75kW chargers, four charging bays and a number of
battery banks.
The site also features a backup diesel generator for 'enhanced
reliability', which kicks in when there is a power outage or if there is
an issue with the battery storage unit fed by the solar panels.
'This backup diesel-powered generator automatically switches on when the
solar panels aren't producing enough power and battery levels are low,
typically after several overcast days,' an NRMA statement said."
