You can't be serious.
Do you think someone could snap their fingers and send men to the moon?
Darn you are scraping the bottom of the barrel.
This is even low for you hh.
The process was to take baby steps as they learned.
To compare that to installing a charger is laughable.
My local library installed 6 chargers in a day.
Nobody uses them but they are there.
Oh and my town is insane about rules, zoning, regulations and so forth.
Everybody has their hand out.

Where is the government oversight?

Where is the oversight from the government?
Who are the stakeholders?
This is a boatload of money so who is keeping track?
Biden can manage to shift FEMA money to illegal migrants so why is he/administration
incapable of following a simple project?

Nope.

Oh.. Like trump leaving it up to the states to manage their own COVID
vaccine delivery?

Yawn.

So 3 years?
I thought the world was going to collapse without us switching to EV.
See John Kerry or AOC for details.

All you post are a laundry list of excuses and blame game.
This project was national and a lot of money was allocated.
So you mean 50 states were completely inept at taking free money?
Try again.
