Stupor'd up 70s still can't grasp the "art of the deal" means starting
high to get where we need to be.
I dunno, maybe if they gave us 50% of their natural resources, that
might could work.
But I'd start them off at "protectorate" and make them earn their
statehood with a remake of their politics and schooling first.
