You'd better read your cites more carefully.
Because the fraud being discussed there is by Fed vendors & customers,
not by employees on their timecards.
Plus I've already commented on this in how there's ~$200B worth of fraud
in PPP, but top leadership -- yes, it goes up to Congress -- doesn't
want these PPP fraudsters to be prosecuted & taxpayer's money refunded.
In fact, its now worse because DOGE is *protecting* these fraudsters, by
having just fired the Fed workers leading these fraud investigations:
