How was this WASTE, Phil?

"Renew West print subscriptions for various legal titles for eight
different accounts in every CFTC location."

Do you know what West Publishing Corporation publishes, Phil?

"West (also known by its original name, West Publishing) is a business
owned by Thomson Reuters that publishes legal, business, and regulatory
information in print, and on electronic services such as Westlaw. "

You don't think that US government entities need to know the laws and
rulings, doofus?

And for the record, this is straight off of doge.gov:

'WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION

Total Contract $21,382

Savings $0'

Some of those are quite interesting. For example:

'DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, KANSAS CITY, 51,138(sq.ft), $900,000'

They chalk that up as "saving" $1,275,000...

...but also say:

'Tenant will relocate into another local building.'

So that's going to be free, is it?
