Already done, by having noted that games in just how they're defining
this means that anyone on the Flex work program won't qualify, even
though they're working at a desk in the office and not skipping hours.

Only if it is an appropriate measure to begin with...
...and still has no correlation to the insinuation that this somehow
means that they've all fraudulently taken a second job for the same hours.

Gosh, it makes one wonder why so many Agencies haven't gone on a
wholesale termination of all of those office rent contracts...its almost
as if there's been some "Congressional Interest" phone calls.
FWIW, those CI calls really suck...BTDT.
