Hmmm...let's examine that!
Certainly Trump has replaced Brown, who, while he was appointed by Biden
as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, was Trump's pick for the USAF Chief of
Staff.
But Biden did "keep" Milley for more than half his administration;
invited him to remain as Chairman in fact.
So Biden worked with a Trump appointee for more than two years and then
elevated a CoS appointed by Trump to take the spot.
Almost like he wasn't play politics with the job, huh?
And the next previous Chairman was Dunford, who was appointed by Obama...
...but kept on by Trump...
...for more than two years!

The next previous Chairman was Martin Dempsey, who was appointed by
Obama to replace Michael Mullen who was first appointed by GW Bush, and
who then served under Obama for...
(Wait for it!)
...more than THREE years!
Prior to that there were two JC Chairmen, all of who served only under
GW: Pace, Myers.
Then we get to Hugh Shelton who was appointed by Clinton but continued
to serve under Bush for...
...just about 8 months.
Wow. We still haven't found a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs who DIDN'T
continue to serve after the change of administration.
So once again, we arrive at the inescapable conclusion that you're
utterly full of shit.
