Remember the 70s and the coming Ice Age? It was actually cold for about 40 years (1940-1980), but TV and news media boomed in the 70s, so we got the full brunt of alarmism starting then.
THEN, the 80s came and it started getting warmer... LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO, and then the alarmism shifted.

The EXACT same thing happened in the 20s and 30s, 'cept there was no 24hr. news cycles, weather and Doppler RADARs, so we only "heard" about them in history books, and if it didn't affect YOU, it 
never happened... right?

We've got the same thing going on now... people who were not alive in the 60s and 70s don't know the SHIT we went through with all around bad weather. Not bad climate... bad weather. We had stronger 
hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and blizzards, but since those alive today didn't go through it, they only have what they've gone through to compare with today's weather.

The 80s were comparatively mild compared to the 70s and before and the 90s and beyond, so they think today's weather and climate is the worst its ever been.

Not by a LONG shot.

It occurs to me that the climate alarmists in this forum have a problem. Every time a scientist in a field other than climatology takes a skeptical stance toward anthropogenic climate change, forum 
leftists claim that he isn't credible as he isn't a climatologist. On the other hand, those same leftists seem to take Bill Nye's words as gospel, yet he is not a climatologist, is he?

Bill Nye the "Science Guy", is NOT a climate ANYTHING, is a comedian, a television host, an actor, a writer, and former mechanical engineer. Again... NOT a climate anything.

Scratch a climate screeching whore, find an agenda.

Scratch a high level climate scientist, physicist, geologist or ANY of the physical sciences scientists and they'll say ouch and "manmade climate change" is horseshit.
