Constitutional, faggot... CONSTITUTIONAL.

Ever heard the term, "that's criminal" or "that should be a crime"?

I was being hyperbolic, for RUDY, not for you, faggot.

Anyway... I was using provocative language to make a point, rich boy. The
word "crime" may not fit, but it kinda does. (see below)

Criminal synonyms: reprehensible, condemnable, judicial, political,

When they have NO jurisdiction... yes, it is. The judge CAN be impeached. And
what do you call the reasons why people are impeached?

"Politicians are impeached for misconduct, which can include treason,
bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors AS DEFINED BY THE
CONSTITUTION. The impeachment process allows Congress to hold officials
accountable for serious abuses of power or VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW."

Annnnd what are violations of the law called?

Crimes, moron.

"Activist judges have repeatedly interfered with executive decisions,
effectively attempting to seize control of the executive branch. This kind of
judicial activism is not only UNCONSTITUTIONAL but also dangerous to the very
principles of self-governance and democratic accountability."

"Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: 'The executive power
shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.' This is not
an ambiguous statement-it makes clear that executive authority belongs to the
President, not to Congress, not to the courts, and not to unelected federal
bureaucrats."

"Judges are generally protected by judicial immunity and cannot be **sued**
(NOT talking about lawsuit) for their judicial acts, even if they are alleged
to have acted against the Constitution. HOWEVER, they can be held accountable
through impeachment or other disciplinary actions if they violate their
duties or the law."
