we have the statement
"Russia also objects to peacekeepers enforcing any ceasefire."
Russia has, in fact, stated that it WILL allow Peacekeepers under the auspice
of the UN Security Council and WILL allow election of a legitimate Ukrainian
Government under UN oversight.
So the question becomes one of *motive*: malice or stupidity?
