Yes. He is:

'Mahmoud Khalil, who graduated from the university’s School of
International and Public Affairs last December, was picked up by ICE in
his university-owned apartment on March 8, his attorney, Amy Greer, told
the Associated Press. Khalil’s arrest came just days after Axios
reported that the State Department would be using AI to revoke visas for
pro-Palestine student protesters. During the arrest, agents from ICE’s
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division reportedly told Greer —
who was on the phone with Khalil and his wife, a US citizen — that they
were acting on State Department orders to revoke Khalil’s student visa.
After Greer told the agents that Khalil is a permanent resident, and
Khalil’s wife showed them his green card, the agents said they were
revoking his green card, even though the agency doesn’t have the legal
authority to do that.'

'After a University of Washington lab technician and green card holder
was recently detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, her
family is speaking out.

Lewelyn Dixon, 64, who’s had legal permanent status in the U.S. for 50
years, was arrested at the airport in Seattle and placed into ICE
custody after coming back from a trip to her native Philippines in late
February. She has a hearing scheduled for July, but her loved ones are
calling for her release, telling NBC News that she is the glue that
holds the family together. '

'U.S. immigration authorities arrested and interrogated a German
national who is a legal permanent U.S. resident at Boston Logan
International Airport on March 7, according to the man’s mother and his
partner. Days later, he was transferred to a federal detention facility.

Fabian Schmidt, 34, is now being held at the Wyatt Detention Center in
Central Falls, Rhode Island, according to an Immigration and Customs
Enforcement online database. ICE did not immediately respond to a
request for comment.'
