Trump blinked.

And this 90 day period illustrates that this could have been all worked 
out before tariff implementation, showing us that his "insta-on" was a 
very avoidable mistake.

FYI, I used the SP500 above; NASDAQ's roughly even WoW, but is -12% YTD.
