Wishful thinking.

EU visits dropped by 10% just last month, and real estate sales in FL are
showing a major supply surplus and crashing of prices. By one estimate, if
you listed your place for sale in January and want to move it now, you need
to cut your asking price by 25%-30% to have a chance of selling.

TL;DR: it’s 2008 all over again already in FL.

…and if 2008 holds as a business model, it means prices there won’t recover
before 2030.
