No, what’s typical is to shut down the incorporation and create new ones
without incurring unnecessary additional administrative expenses of letting
the courts meddle.

From a business acumen perspective, it’s already been noted that Trump
would have really been rich (& more than he’s ever claimed) if he had
simply done nothing and invested his inheritance in a SP500 passive index
fund.
