That’s a national average, so effects of localization in FL will invariably
be far higher … as is already being individually reported at the local FL
level.

> We're all going to lose our houses!!!!!

Granted, it doesn’t directly hurt an existing homeowner.. until they need
to sell. But FL is already the canary in the coal mine. AZ is likely
next.

Far closer than you are. Why is a “thousands-aire” like you trying to
preach?

> If you know what to and not to do, you SHOULD be... right?

Yup, which is why I’ve been incorporated for years & years.
How about yourself, cupcake? Still getting drunk & running over your dogs?

He bankrupted a casino during a boom. That takes a special kind of stupid
to do, especially when one is wealthier with deeper pockets to span over
mistakes & rough stretches. It’s the lack of financial depth which makes a
small business much more of a tightrope to be successful, year after year.

> Funny, how you snipped the businesses that failed and were NOT "small".

Because there’s always going to be some rate of failure. If you want to
push that narrative, you need to quantify and substantiate what the normal
failure rate is, normalized suitably for factors such as size, owner
wealth, etc. So have at it - but provide receipts.

> And that crack about Trump sitting on his inheritance?
> That's not how he rolls.

Of course not: he has a ridiculously overinflated opinion of his skills.
And if you’re going to make lists, do also include his failures which he
lost in court, such as his fraudulent charity stuff.
