It's the second best BW musical I have ever been to.
The original Chorus Line with Donna McKechnie gets top award from me.
I too got to attend The Producers but it was in early previews, same cast but
they were still learning the roles so it was interesting seeing the minor flubs.
At the same time, when they screwed up, they stopped and Mel Brooks would advise at times
so it was cool to glimpse some behind the scenes of how a show is developed.
I loved it !
The movie is good but the show is excellent!
