Unfortunately, you donât pay enough for the services you take for granted.
Plus just because you think that program XYZ isnt worth anything doesnât
mean that all other taxpayers (who have just as much of a right to an
opinion) agree with you: itâs why the budgets are determined via consensus
of elected officials.

Hyperbole & selective half truths, based on your gullibility & lack of
scientific knowledge.
> WE don't wanna pay for faggot shit like that any more.
Nah, you just donât want to pay, often because youâre afraid that youâre
less financially secure than youâre comfortable withâ¦and yet you wonât
cancel Netflix or make other personal budget adjustments to be more
financially secure.
> We are perfectly happy paying for what we need and no more.
Proof of that claim is absent. Plus most people donât know everything that
they need, particularly when planning for their own longer term future.
For example, do you know what the average out-of-pocket healthcare cost
totals are for an age 65 couple for the remainder of their lifeâ¦and how
well youâve done saving up that amount to not be a burden on society like
youâre whining about? Plus bonus points: what major care expense is not
included in the aforementioned average?
Because if you donât know (a) this average value, + (b) itâs exclusions, +
(c) have saved at least the average amount from (a), then youâre unprepared
and are at high risk of being a burden on society & taxpayers⦠precisely
what youâre bitching about, if those safety net programs you loathe are
cut.
