1. None of this changes the fact that you didn't understand that there
are two completely separate companies containing the name "Rolls-Royce"
and that one that manufacturers cars was never expanding production in
the US.
2. All of this stems from an article in the Daily Telegraph where ONE
source claimed that the aerospace company was "considering" changes.
