"In a significant strategic move, British auto manufacturing giant
Rolls-Royce has announced plans to increase its manufacturing production
in the United States."

And that simply isn't true. The auto manufacturing company that makes
Rolls-Royce automobiles has made no such announcement.

Not the auto manufacturing company.
