I will agree that a young black man would be much more likely than white 
woman to have an illegal firearm in the car, especially when he is 
someone facing drug charges.   You can deny that if you want, but the 
fact is the cop was right. They guy did have an illegal firearm in the car.

I didn't leave anything out. I commented on part of it and I linked the

Since you accused me of leaving that out I suppose it is fair to point 
out that the court date where the judge ruled against the admission of 
the evidence was April 29. Since the charges were in relation to the 
illegal firearm in the man's car were based on the fact that they found 
the illegal firearm as a result of the search that she ruled to have 
been illegal, there was no evidence.
