Offensive weapons are a wasted investment: "Lets build shit that will get
us all killed because NOBODY wins Battles with Yesterday's WunderWaffen".
Our militaries should be converted to Civil Defense capable of self-defense
at need. Any additions to our "Defense" Budget should go into high-quality
STEM Public Education: buy's a couple of orders magnitude higher ROI.
