I worked on this Condo back in the early 80's during Summer break.

It was ALL concrete and rebar to the top. A fortress that I'd LOVE to stay in
just for the safety and quiet. Plenty of hurricanes have hit it and barely any
damage.
The Condos around here are gaining value. The Yankee liberals have fucked up
the ones down South, by bringing their politics with them.
