Depends on what one wants to do, because the current 60% purity is
already more than adequate to make a dirty bomb.
For going higher (eg, 90%), the scale for number of centrifuges goes
down, not up because there's less total material and less remaining
undesired material that needs to be removed: a small pilot plant can
handle 800kg is adequate. Plus because most of the refining work has
already been done, the timescale is closer to months than years because
the reduced industrial scale also reduces infrastructure needs.
